Extended School Care is a non-profit organization that provides quality before and after school care for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. Operated by the Shrewsbury Public Schools, the program is fully funded through parent fees.
Summer Academy is a free academic recovery program for qualifying students, including English Language Education. Students must be invited by Shrewsbury Public Schools in order to participate.
Week-long summer program for students who will be starting Kindergarten at Shrewsbury Public Schools.
These classes are offered to employees of Shrewsbury Public Schools and other town employees.
The Summer Enrichment program is for students who will be entering Grades 1-8 in the fall of 2024. Students must be have completed kindergarten and be 6 years old by 8/31/24 in order to participate.
Enrichment classes for students in grades K-6. Open to all members of the community.
Students will expand their mind from 2D to 3D! The program will begin with a brief history of sculpture and then we will roll up our sleeves and get building. Plaster gauze will be used as our primary material but cardboard, wire, paint and other materials will also be available to create works such as Daruma Dolls, Human figures and abstract objects. The final capstone project will offer students an opportunity to think creatively to create a unique sculpture to fit a space either in our school or around our town.
