Week-long summer program for students who will be starting Kindergarten at Shrewsbury Public Schools.
The Summer Enrichment program is for students who are currently enrolled in grades K-7 (entering Grades 1-8 in the fall of 2026). Students must be have completed kindergarten and be 6 years old by 8/31/26 in order to participate.

Myths, Monsters & Mayhem is a creative summer enrichment class where students in grades 5–7 dive into the exciting world of Greek mythology through reading, storytelling, and performance. Students will explore famous myths and legendary monsters such as Medusa, the Minotaur, and the Hydra, while learning how stories are structured and why myths were told. Using short texts, graphic organizers, and collaborative activities, students will create their own original myths, design mythological creatures, and bring their stories to life through reader’s theater and dramatic read-alouds. Throughout the course, students will build reading fluency, expressive speaking, creative writing skills, and confidence—all in a fun, imaginative, and supportive environment.
