Week-long summer program for students who will be starting Kindergarten at Shrewsbury Public Schools.
The Summer Enrichment program is for students who are currently enrolled in grades K-7 (entering Grades 1-8 in the fall of 2026). Students must be have completed kindergarten and be 6 years old by 8/31/26 in order to participate.

Do you love to paint and want to grow your skills? Have a favorite artist whose style you’ve always wanted to try? In this creative and exploratory class, students will experiment with a variety of painting styles—action painting, still life, abstract, realism, and more. You can choose the approach that inspires you most: paint from your own drawing, try preprinted designs, copy a favorite image, or jump right in with freehand painting. We’ll explore different types of paints, brushes, and techniques while “stepping into the shoes” of well-known artists and creating art inspired by their unique styles.
