In this hands-on summer enrichment class, middle school students will explore design, engineering, and creativity using Plus-Plus building blocks. Students will begin by following step-by-step instructions and video tutorials to learn foundational building techniques and structural concepts. As the week progresses, they will gain increasing freedom to experiment, problem-solve, and design original creations. Through guided builds and open-ended challenges, students will practice spatial reasoning, perseverance, planning, and iteration. The class emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and learning from trial and error. The week concludes with a design showcase, where students present their creations and reflect on their building process. No prior building experience is required—just curiosity and creativity.
